• Hive Enterprise Resource Optimizer (HERO) aims to streamline organizational strategy from top-down or bottom-up approaches. It sets targets for key performance indicators (KPIs) and upper management, breaking these targets down into monthly and yearly goals. HERO continuously updates visual graphics and reports to provide clear insights and progress tracking.
